The Sri Lankan President has vowed to finish his final military push within 48 hours and capture all left over territory in the "safe zone". How can this be possibly achieved in such a short period of time without annihilating tens of thousands of civilians in the "safe zone". ICRC, the only international agency in Sri Lanka, cannot access the "safe zone". Sri Lanka is about to embark on a horrible onslaught with no witnesses and no regards for international calls.

Please call or send a letter outlining your concerns to as many people as possible. Every letter could possibly make the difference in saving innocent lives in Sri Lanka.
